WHAT PEOPLE SAY

Rev. Johnnae Gullett-Diaz

"You’re such a Brilliant Man of God’s Shadow: meaning as you stay in His presence; God will always surround you. In His presence all good is yours. Understanding this —enables you to be at peace, whatever your present circumstances. Your book is not a haphazard approach; it was predestine by God; with all prayers in action. Amen Amen Amen."

Rev. Dr. Walter Earl Fluker
Dean’s Professor of Spirituality, Ethics and Leadership, Candler School of Theology, Emory University Professor Emeritus of Ethical Leadership, Boston University School of Theology Editor and Director, The Howard Thurman Papers Project
Atlanta, Georgia

Reverend Anthony Kelley’s Shadows is a compelling autobiographical narrative that is rich with stories . Kelley takes us on a tour of the tragic and the possible, on freedom and responsibility and points to our need to cultivate the virtues and practices of character, competence, commitment and pride for a new generation of young people, especially the incarcerated and forgotten in the richest and most powerful nation in the world.

"It's such an eye opener on Christian commitment, as one growing up in situations beyond your control. When I look at the outcome, I can truly appreciate you as one who still stands on what God promises us. Thanks for such a highly inspirational read."
